Privacy and terms

Short, because there is not much to say yet.

Privacy

What we collect: Only what you put in an email to us. The site has no cookies, no analytics and no forms.
What we do with it: We read it and reply. We keep the thread so we remember the conversation, and we do not share it with anyone.
Beta data: If you join the beta, the policies and assets you send us are used only to run your evaluations and are deleted when you ask.
Deleting it: Email us and we will delete your messages and any beta data.

Trialbase is in early beta. It is provided as is, without any service level or warranty, and things will change and sometimes break.

Simulation results are a guide, not a guarantee of how a policy will behave on real hardware. Decisions about real robots stay yours.

We may change these terms as the product grows. If we do, we will update this page and tell beta teams directly.

Questions about any of this go to jayesh@gettrialbase.xyz.
